J'Amy Pacheco lives in the High Desert region of Southern California. About which dolls she enjoys creating, J'Amy says, "I prefer "period" dolls dressed in clothing from different eras, particularly early 1900s. My current obsession is making dolls that "personify" songs from the sixties...like right now I'm making a Sugar Shack doll." Her favorite face molds are the Mackie face; she loves the Bead Blasts, Pretty in Plaid and Florida Vacation dolls, and finds them very versatile. J'Amy's favorite colors to work with are almost anything except shades of orange. She also likes reading and gardening.
